Features:

• Fast! Simply place scrap material on feed belt. No cutting or fitting needed to get cores into baling chamber.
• Specially designed core crusher feeds cores into shredder.
• Capacity up to 20,000 lbs. (9000 kgs) per 8 hour shift -- depending on baler.
• Patented BloApCo pierce-and-tear shredding action produces small irregular pieces for easier baling and tighter bales.
• Safety overweight plate, built into in-feed conveyor, stops the conveyor and shredder if anyone attempts to get on the conveyor.
• Quiet. Produces minimum dust. Permits placing shredder near core winders so shop scrap and out-of-spec cores can be fed directly into the shredder.

Options:

• Bale Transfer Unit -- For fully automatic systems utilizing a continuous baler. Bale Transfer Unit grips bale, pulls it forward to "break" it away from following bale, and then pushes it sideways onto roller conveyor.
• Water Mists -- three types available. Mists help control dust and improve baleability of product.
• Other Sizes Available -- Shredders capable of handling cores up to 30" (760 mm) in diameter.
