Limited Warranty
BloApCo warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, BloApCo will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or issue a store credit or refund. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care (including failure to follow care label instructions);

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, or stretching from regular use;

Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bloapco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Governing Law

Any disputes not subject to arbitration under this section shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rock County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Informal Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as described below.

Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Except as provided below, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer, the Website, or any BloApCo products or services (“Disputes”) that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, including any claim that all or any part of this agreement is void or unenforceable. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver
You and BloApCo each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding against BloApCo. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver in this section is void or unenforceable, then this arbitration section shall be null and void, and the parties agree to resolve any Disputes in Rock County, Wisconsin.

Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Rock County, Wisconsin, provided the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@bloapco.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of this Website or first purchase from BloApCo. Your opt-out notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of this Disclaimer.
