Single-Shaft Shredder Solutions
Single-shaft shredders are designed to handle a wide array of materials with efficient and controlled size reduction.
A diverse range of models is available based on application and throughput requirements, from small- and medium-duty machines starting at 15 HP (1LD and 1MD series) to super-duty, large equipment with motors up to 110 HP (1HD series). Application-specific configurations are also available for pipes (1P series), with vertical or horizontal feeding options.
These single-shaft shredders are built to handle even the most demanding applications. Depending on specific requirements, the machines can be equipped with screen mesh sizes ranging from 15 to 100 mm. For secondary reduction down to 5 mm, BloApCo offers complementary solutions such as 1GM and 1GH granulators.
Multiple rotor configurations are available at the time of equipment selection to achieve optimal performance. Single-shaft shredders can be equipped with standard or custom BloApCo control panels. All equipment includes a 1-year warranty.
