Horizontal Feed Configuration

The most common arrangement for corrugated converters and box plants. A horizontal feed conveyor safely transports sheets, cores, and scrap into the shredding chamber while supporting continuous operation and integration with pneumatic conveying systems.

Sweep Plate Configuration

Designed for facilities that regularly sweep die cuts, trim waste, broken bales, and floor scrap. The sweep plate allows operators to push material directly onto the conveyor, reducing labor and improving housekeeping.

Air Floor Sweep Configuration

An integrated air floor sweep continuously removes loose scrap from production and baler areas, improving safety while reducing manual cleanup requirements.

Expanded Core Shredding Capability

Engineered for facilities processing large volumes of paper cores. Operators can place cores anywhere on the conveyor, improving productivity and simplifying material handling.

Box Crusher Configuration

An integrated box crusher automatically collapses upright corrugated containers before shredding. This eliminates manual box breakdown and significantly increases throughput.

Core Stripper Integration

Integrated unwind stands and feed rolls automatically remove paper from cores and feed both materials into the shredder. This configuration is particularly effective in corrugated plants, paper mills, and converting operations.

Material Handling Fan Integration

Close-coupled BloApCo material handling fans rapidly evacuate shredded material from the shredding chamber, increasing throughput and improving performance on bulky corrugated waste, slab waste, and heavy-wall cores.

SUPER-WIDE® Configurations
