BloApCo Hosted 18 Sales Reps From Ten of its Independent Rep Firms.
BloApCo was honored to host 18 sales professionals from ten of our independent rep firms for meetings on September 10th and 11th at our facility in Germantown, WI. Taken collectively, the firms represent BloApCo scrap and waste handling systems to the Distribution Center, Corrugated and Paperboard industries, both in the United States and in over 85 countries internationally.
The event provided hands-on training for BloApCo’s main Shredder, Trim Cutter and Material Handling Fan product lines, in addition to introductions to several new product enhancement options, including Vibration in BloApCo Equipment (ViBE) Equipment Monitoring, Hi-5 touch screen HMIs, and Plant Based Control.
The meeting was a tremendous success, bringing together a talented and engaged group of men and women who play an essential role in helping companies across a range of industries improve their operations with BloApCo waste handling products.
In addition to product training, the meeting emphasized the value of partnership. Our independent reps are the frontline ambassadors of the BloApCo brand, and their insights help us better serve our end users. By maintaining the open lines of communication and fostering knowledge sharing, both our reps and internal staff members are better positioned to succeed.
This was the first rep meeting we have hosted in recent memory, and the response from the attendees was tremendously positive, with many citing the value of the in-depth training and the chance to interact directly with our team. We look forward to building on this momentum as we continue to invest in our representatives, expand our product offerings, and bring increasingly greater value to the markets and end-users that we serve.
